These terms are a product-ready template and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before production use. By using Sartor Studio, users agree to use the marketplace honestly and respectfully.
Accounts and roles
Clients may create orders, message tailors, approve completed clothing, print receipts, and review eligible services. Tailors may publish marketplace profiles, upload authorized images, respond to clients, manage orders, mark fully paid work as completed, and feature completed orders on their public showcase. Admin and superadmin accounts may configure, support, and moderate platform activity. Users are responsible for keeping login details secure and account information accurate.
Orders and completion
Sartor Studio helps clients and tailors create and manage garment orders. Clients should provide accurate garment details, fabric preferences, measurements, design notes, fitting dates, and delivery information. Tailors should review order details carefully and clarify requirements before starting work.
A tailor may request completion only after payment is complete. A client may then approve the clothing. Reviews for a tailor should only be available after the tailor has marked the order ready for approval and the client has approved completion.
Payments, balances, and receipts
Orders may support full payment or partial payment followed by balance completion. Clients are responsible for completing outstanding balances before a tailor can mark clothing completed. Payment records, receipts, transaction references, and balances may be shown in client and tailor order history.
Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Korapay or through USDT verification workflows. Payment availability, settlement timing, reversals, provider errors, network fees, exchange rates, and verification delays may depend on the payment provider or blockchain network involved.
Tailor obligations
Tailors should provide accurate profile information, use original or authorized profile and showcase images, respond professionally, honor confirmed commitments, maintain accurate prices and timelines, and avoid misleading claims about experience, clients, ratings, pricing, availability, or delivery.
Only completed orders should be featured in a tailor public showcase, and the tailor is responsible for ensuring the image and description are lawful, accurate, and authorized for display.
Messaging and transparency
Sartor Studio provides real-time messaging between users. Messages may include replies, read status, timestamps, edited markers, and deleted markers. Users should communicate respectfully and should not use messaging to harass, deceive, spam, request unlawful services, or move risky transactions off-platform.
Edited or deleted message indicators may remain visible for transparency. Message history may be reviewed by admins or superadmins where needed for support, moderation, security, or dispute handling.
Reviews and ratings
Clients may review the platform and may review tailors only where the platform determines the client has an eligible completed and approved order. Reviews should be honest, specific, and based on real experience. Users may not submit fake reviews, retaliatory reviews, paid manipulation, or content that is abusive, unlawful, private, or misleading.
Review ratings may affect public tailor listings, dashboard summaries, and marketplace reputation. Sartor Studio may remove, hide, or moderate reviews that violate these terms or applicable law.
